Which surprise team will move to 3-1?

The Bears are coming off of a nice 23-20 win over the Texans. The week before they were dominated by the Packers 27-10. In week one though, they had one of the most impressive wins of the season as they beat the 49ers 19-10. 

The Giants are coming off of their first loss of the season. After winning their first two games against the Panthers and Titans by a combined four points they dropped a game to the Cowboys 23-16 on Monday Night Football. 

I love the under here. This line movement is indicating that the books are loving the under in this one while the public is all over the over. I know it seems like a low number but both of these teams rank in the top 12 of points allowed and in the bottom half of the league in points scored. Both of these QBs struggle as the Bears rank last in passing yards and the Giants rank 3rd to last.
