Just a couple seasons ago a matchup between the Green Bay Packers and New England Patriots meant that we will get to see a showdown between Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers but in today’s game we won’t even get a Matchup between Mac Jones and Aaron Rodgers but rather Journey man Brian Hoyer. The Green Bay Packers are coming off a well earned victory against the Tampa Bay Bucs team last week who although they were injured still have a very stout defense that Aaron Rodgers was able to take advantage of in the fourth quarter. The Packers actually have a better matchup against New England New England‘s defense has many holes in the secondary from the losses of JC Jackson and Malcolm butler.

New England is coming off a loss to the Baltimore ravens were they looked surprisingly effective on the officer side of the ball as it came down to a late touchdown that really won the game for the ravens. I can’t see New England with Brian Hoyer keeping up with the Packers in today’s game and although the spread is a big one at -9.5 I expect to run game of the Packers to pick up along with one of the greatest quarterbacks throwing the ball for them.
