Tonight’s Monday Night Football match-up presents an unusual situation as typically we would be looking to back the contrary double-digit road underdog here, especially since the G-Men have been a very profitable bet as a road underdog, going 19-4 against the spread in their last 23 games in that situation, but we’re going to overlook that trend and lay the points tonight for a variety of reasons.
First off, the defending Super Bowl champion Bucs enter this game off two-straight upset losses. Not only do we have a pissed off and motivated Bucs team here tonight, but these two teams played last season and Tampa Bay had to rally back from a late deficit to win 25-23, so they will most certainly not be looking past the Giants tonight.
