The Jaguars are coming off of a season where everyone knew they wouldn’t compete for a playoff spot but instead would develop their young stars. They kicked off the season with a 27-11 loss to the Raiders where we gave out Raiders -2.5 for the game and Raiders -1.5 for the first half.

The Browns are currently dealing with bigger problems than their first preseason game. The NFL is pushing for Deshaun Watson to get a bigger suspension than the six games that was initially handed down to them. If it stays at six this could be a sneaky Super Bowl contender.

I love the Browns in this one. Even though Watson is suspended for the regular season he can still play in the preseason. The Browns have already announced that Watson will be starting this game. He should pick apart this bad Jags defense. The Browns also have a former starting QB at the backup position in Jacoby Brissett and he should dominate the Jags’ second and third team defenses.
