Big Total for Chiefs Chargers
After trading away Tyreek Hill in the offseason and questions being asked about whether they would be the same offense without him the Chiefs quelled all of those concerns. Mahomes threw for 360 yards and five touchdowns in a 42-21 rout of the Cardinals.
The Chargers were involved in a much closer game. They slipped by the Raiders 24-19. The Chargers had a big lead and almost blew it in the fourth quarter. They did lose Keenan Allen to a hamstring injury and that may hinder their offense on Thursday night.
As we mentioned in our other video we really like the Chiefs -4 here. I also like the under here. The public will hammer this over because of these star quarterbacks. Like we said though, this Chiefs defense is very underrated. They limited a good Cardinals offense to 7 points through three quarters last week. On top of that, this Chargers defense is star studded. They have Khalil Mack and Joey Bosa on the defensive line while safety Derwin James heads up the secondary. I think both of these QBs will struggle but Mahomes will come out on top in the end.
