The Chiefs are coming off of an absolute destruction of the Cardinals. After trading away Tyreek Hill in the offseason and questions being asked about whether they would be the same offense without him the Chiefs quelled all of those concerns. Mahomes threw for 360 yards and five touchdowns in a 42-21 rout of the Cardinals.

The Chargers were involved in a much closer game. They slipped by the Raiders 24-19. The Chargers had a big lead and almost blew it in the fourth quarter. They did lose Keenan Allen to a hamstring injury and that may hinder their offense on Thursday night.

The Chiefs are -4 here and I think the books are begging you to take the Chargers. All the hype this offseason surrounded the Chargers and how they could pass the Chiefs in the division this year. But I think the Chiefs and Mahomes are going to remind everyone that the AFC goes through Arrowhead. This Chiefs defense is underrated as they dominated the Cardinals last week. The Cardinals scored 14 of their 21 in garbage time. I think the Chiefs win by a touchdown here.
