Ok, let’s get to our Bulls vs Trailblazers picks predictions.

The Chicago Bulls can’t seem to catch a break. They had finally been able to have a complete and healthy team, and this propelled them into the number 1 seed in the east and were playing their best basketball, but then lost two massive contributors to that success when Lonzo Ball and Alex Caruso both went down with injuries. Since then the team is 3-7 in their last 10 games and only 107.5 points per game. That’s three points down from their season average of 110.6. On the bright side, the Bulls still have their best two players playing great basketball when they need to, which was rewarded by Demar Derozan being a starter in the All Star Game, and Zach Lavine almost guaranteed to be a reserve. Although Lonzo and Caruso didn’t contribute a ton of points per game for the Bulls, losing them really messed up their offensive flow. The Trailblazers are another team that is struggling on the offensive side of the court. In their last 10 games they average 109 points, roughly the same as their yearlong average of 108.8. Overcoming the loss of a superstar like Damien Lillard is a feat virtually no team can do and the same is the case for this team. Anfernee Simmons is doing his best job to do this, averaging 23 points in the last 10 games, and the Blazers are 6-4 in those ten. That being said, in the last five games, both these teams have been in the bottom third of the league in defensive efficiency, but don’t let that fool you into thinking this will be a high scoring affair. These teams struggle to score more than defend.
