Miami Heat vs Boston Celtics: Game Prediction

The Miami Heat are finally starting to look like the team we expected them to be. Everyone knows at this time of the year is when Jimmy Butler actually decides to show up and be a superstar. Miami has finally started to win games again and are looking like a fully healthy team in this match. Newly acquired point guard Terry Rozier has caught a groove and is averaging 15.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 5.5 assists in 4 games this month. The Heat have been a little above average this season when playing at home with a record of 15 wins and 12 losses. Miami tends to step up their game against Boston and have won 4 of the last 5 series that they have matched up together in the playoffs.

The Boston Celtics are my favorites to win it all this season. The Celtics have been playing great basketball away from the TD Garden with a record of 15-9 on the road. The Boston Celtics rank #1 in the league in rebounding and three point attempts and are playing a very small Miami Heat lineup. Boston simply has such a well rounded roster by surrounding their four stars with great depth. They are a problem.

The Boston Celtics are the best team in the NBA. They statistically are too much to handle on the court and on paper have such a nice roster. Jayson Tatum and company have been so close to the finish line, but could never get the job done. I believe that this is the year where it all changes. This game is going to be gritty and dirty. It will be a hard fought masterclass for the fans. The Miami Heat have been playing great basketball as of late, but a loss will come on this Sunday afternoon matchup. I expect Miami to keep it close, because it is a rivalry game, but ultimately the Boston Celtics will leave Biscayne adding to their win column.

Moneyline Pick: Boston Celtics (-231)

ATS Pick: Miami Heat (+5.5)

 O/U Pick: Over (226)
