The Red Sox have really turned their season around. They are now 36-31 on the season. They are gaining on the Rays and Blue Jays and are now only half a game back of taking third place in the division from the Rays. The Red Sox are 23-11 since May 15th.

The tigers are 26-40 on the season. They have been one of the worst teams in baseball. Their offense has been really good lately though as they’ve taken two straight from the Rangers, putting up 14 runs and seven runs.

These pitchers are really evenly matched as Alex Faedo has a 4.28 era with a 1-3 record and Josh Winckowski has a 1-1 record with a 4.50 era.
