Brewing rivalry continues in New York

The Guardians are coming off of a dramatic 1-0 win over the Rays to clinch the Wild Card series. Rookie Oscar Gonzalez his a walk off home run in the bottom of the 15th inning to win the game. The Guardians were the only higher seed in their series to win the series.

The Yankees went 99-63 on the season. They had a midseason slump but eventually righted the ship. The highlight of their season was Aaron Judge breaking the AL record for homeruns at 62 on the season in the second to last game of the season.

I mentioned in our other video that I like the Yankees to win this game by more than a run. I also like the under here. Gerritt Cole has historically been a better pitcher in the postseason as he is 8-5 with a 2.93 ERA in 14 appearances. On the other side, Cal Quantrill was actually pretty decent in his one start against the Yankees this season as he went 6.1 innings and gave up three runs. I think Cole absolutely shuts down the Yankees and Quantrill limits the Yanks enough.
