The Blue Jays are now 42-33 on the season. They are coming off of a series win over the Red Sox. These were big as they moved back into third place in the division. They now hold a 1.5 game lead over the Rays and are 0.5 games behind the Red Sox.

The Rays are coming off of two straight losses to the Brewers. They are now 40-34 on the season and have slowly been losing a lot of ground in the division. This is a big series for them.

I like the Rays in this one purely because of the mound matchup. Berrios is on the mound for the Blue Jays and even though he is 5-4 on the year he has been horrendous lately. In his last two starts he is 0-2 with a crazy 20.32 ERA. The Rays will have Kluber on the mound. The veteran right hander has been steady all season for the Rays. Throughout 13 starts he has only allowed more than three runs twice.
