Purdue is 2-2 and unranked on the season. If a couple of plays had gone their way they could easily be 4-0 and ranked pretty highly at the moment. In week one, they lost a very close game to Penn St 35-31 and the same thing happened in week three as they dropped a heartbreaker 32-29 to Syracuse.

Minnesota is 4-0 on the season. This is the first time they have been ranked this season as they are coming off of a complete dismantling of Michigan State 34-7. Minnesota has been absolutely incredible on the defensive side of the ball.

I love the under here. As we mentioned, Minnesota has been lights out defensively. Throughout their four games this season they have allowed a total of 24 points. They have also allowed the fewest yards per game this season at 187.8. The Boilermakers haven’t been torched by anyone this season and are a good enough defense to keep this under from hitting. This is a tough Big Ten matchup and I think we can see something like a 23-17 finish.
