One matchup brings about two undefeated teams in the Big Ten, as the No. 5 Penn State Nittany Lions head on the road to take on the No. 13 Minnesota Golden Gophers. If you are a fan of college football, this is the headline morning game to watch as these two teams will be ready to battle it out.

Penn State at Minnesota Game Overview
This year is Penn State’s for the taking. It has every opportunity in front of it to break into the top four teams in the country and make a run at the College Football Playoff.
The Nittany Lions’ defense has been historic, giving up less than 10 points per game to their opponents. Sean Clifford at quarterback has been as solid as any player in the country and led his teams to big wins recently over Iowa and Michigan.
Minnesota is ranked at No. 13 coming into this contest, as the Golden Gophers have been routing all of their opponents in the last four weeks.
While the Gophers have not been beating up on the strongest of opponents, they have been taking care of business with who is on their schedule
I like Rodney Smith, who is the leading rusher for the Golden Gophers. Smith, a senior, is a poised, calm, and collected back who takes his time on runs to patiently attack the defense as gaps are created.
Smith will have a tough time going against a defense that gives up only 68 rushing yards per game, but Smith is the guy to break through on that defense. He has been in a number of big games in his career, and I think he could break out on to the national scene come Saturday.
