There’s no way around the fact that the Arizona Coyotes are a bad hockey team. They currently rank dead last in NHL in points at only 50, And have a total win loss record of 22 wins and 49 losses. Additionally, they have the worst goal scored to go allowed differential at -107 and ride ‘high’ into this game on an 8 game losing streak. This year has been such an abysmal season for the Coyotes, That they are packing their things and leaving Gila River Arena, in hopes for greener pastures at Arizona State University’s arena.
The Washington Capes enter this faceoff as massive -400 favorites, for good reason, as they are currently a playoff team, But more due to their lack of competition. I wouldn’t advise you to bet the money line on the capes, because there’s simply no value there, instead we’d like to focus on a play on the goal total in this face off.
