Can Hurricanes Extend Home Winning Streak?
If you watched our previous video on the Hurricanes vs Rangers game 7 prediction, you’d know that the Hurricanes have been an amazing home team in these playoffs. Actually they’ve been a perfect home team, as they are 7-0 in Carolina, and have only allowed 8 goals in those seven games.
For the Rangers, it was Shesterkin, their goalie who won the game for them as he tallied 37 saves and two assists in the Rangers 5-2 victory on Saturday. They will look to give the Hurricanes their first home loss of these playoffs and send them home as a result. They will need the same effort from Igor, and an even better effort from leading point getter of the year Artemi Panarin. Filip Chytil was huge for the Rangers in game 6, scoring 2 goals, but I don’t see that happening again against a Hurricanes team that has been unstoppable at home.
