Can Blues Prevail Once Again?
As many people believed, game three of the Saint Louis Blues versus Colorado Avalanche went as expected with the Avalanche winning five to two. Despite the win margin, the Blues were actually an aggressive team in this game as they outshot the Colorado Avalanche 31 to 27, but just couldn’t find the back of the net. Game four will once again be on the Blues home ice and they will seek to atone for an ugly game three loss in front of their home fans.
Avalanche goalie Darcy Kuemper has played well this season, as his two last games, he’s blocked 29 and 28 shots, and he easily has the advantage in the net because the Blues goalie, Jordan Binnington, who had an amazing Game 2 where he had a save percentage of .968 with 30 saves, got injured early in Game 3 and has been ruled out for tonight. In the net for St. Louis will be Ville Husso who has averaged 2.59 goals against him this year. He also had a poor statline in game 3, allowing 4 goals on .826 save percentage, with 19 saves. The betting public seems to be all over the Avalanche puck line, as they have received 98% of all bets, but take the Avalanche moneyline, and the Blue’s will muster some courage to keep it close in front of home fans.
