Why is Geno Smith getting so much respect
The Broncos are coming off of an offseason where they finally made a splash at the QB position as they acquired Russell Wilson. They are hoping that with Wilson at the helm they will compete for a Super Bowl. They have a stout defense and are hoping their offense will now be able to back them up.
The Seahawks are going to be one of the worst teams in the league this offseason. They don’t have a legitimate QB and their defense isn’t anything to write home about.
I think this Geno Smith total is way too high. Smith’s total here is around 208 on pretty much every book. Last year, in the four games he played in he averaged 175.5 passing yards per game. With the way this Broncos defense is built and how well they are constructed in the secondary I just don’t think he hits this number. Adding on to this is that the Seahawks have been horrible when it comes to protecting their quarterbacks over the last ten years or so.
So for our Broncos vs. Seahawks Prop take Geno Smith under 208 passing yards.
