Vikings try to build on emotional week one win
The Vikings beat the Packers 23-7 in week one to move to 1-0 on the season. Justin Jefferson went absolutely nuts as he put up 184 yards and two touchdowns on nine catches. The Vikings now travel to Philadelphia in week two.
The Eagles barely escaped in week one as they beat the Lions 38-35. They were outscored 14-0 in the fourth quarter. The Eagles had four rushing touchdowns with four different players. Plus A.J. Brown had 10 catches for 155 yards and a touchdown.
I like the Vikings here. I just think they are a better team and they aren’t getting enough respect here. The Vikings just dismantled a good Packers team while the Eagles had a tough time closing out a Detroit Lions squad that went 3-13-1 last year. The Vikings have the better quarterback, running back, and wide receiver. I think the Vikings win this game outright and move to 2-0.
