The NFL is finally back!!

The NFL is finally back as the Hall of Fame game will kick off the preseason. The Jaguars are coming off of a season where everyone knew they wouldn’t compete for a playoff spot but instead would develop their young stars. Is this the year Trevor Lawrence takes a massive leap or will the Jags have to keep waiting. 

The Raiders are coming off of an incredible offseason where they secured the best wide receiver in football in Davante Adams. Derek Carr now has multiple weapons in Josh Jacobs, Darren Waller, and the aforementioned Adams. 

I think this line is a bit small. The preseason is obviously different as we really don’t know how much run the starters will get but I like the Raiders here. They are at home and get to face a Jags team that went 3-14 last year. I think they’ll give Carr and Adams some run here. The Raiders are a much better team than the Jags and I think they’ll build a big enough lead before the guys barely making the team come in.
