The Mahomes Show

Patrick Mahomes owns week 1 of the NFL season. Every year he has started week 1 mahomes has put on a show. In just the last 5 years he’s combined for over 1500 yards and 18 touchdowns in just 5 games. This year may be tougher because Kelce is questionable and bit banged up. Reid and Mahomes come out with a new unstoppable offense every year in week 1 and I don’t expect that to change. Pacheco will be solid on the ground but not enough to take away from Mahomes touchdowns. The Lions front seven is a bit better than their secondary so I expect them to be taken advantage of. Mahomes has never thrown under 3 touchdown in an opening game and I don’t expect that to change. So for our Chiefs vs Lions Props expert pick take Patrick Mahomes over 2.5  passing touchdowns.
