Texans and Saints meet

The Texans are 1-1 this season led by the second overall pick in C.J. Stroud. They have struggled offensively this season as Stroud has not been able to click well with the rest of the offense. He should play a good amount of drives which gives the Texans a shot at winning.

The Saints are 2-0 this preseason with two close victories. Most of the Saints starters won’t play this game as they are an older team and don’t need as much preseason work. They do have a good amount of depth on the defensive side to keep this game close.

Take the Texans in this one. Stroud will look to show why he was chosen so highly in the draft and get the Texans on the board early. The Saints defense should keep him relatively under control but I don’t see the Saints offense doing much in their final preseason outing.
