Ok, let’s get to our Green Bay Vs Chicago prediction.
Aaron Rodgers
In tonight‘s week to Sunday night football matchup we will have the Green Bay Packers taking on the Chicago Bears in Lambeau Field. We recall that last season after scoring a rushing touchdown Aaron Rodgers yelled at the fans in Chicago “I still own you”. And he has every reason to be able to say that as in his career Aaron Rodgers has gone 22–5 against the Bears including winning 10 of his last 11 games against the Bears going back five years. But as I’m sure many Chicago fans will tell you this could be the year that that all changes. Week one was great for the Bears and horrible for the Packers. The major question for Green Bay heading into season was whether or not they could be the same dynamic office without Davante Adams and if week one was any indication of an answer that the answer was a swift no. We should acknowledge that the Packers were also without al-Assad but Aaron Rodgers was a horrible 22-34 for 195 yards, 1 INT, and no touchdowns. The rookie white outs were not good either, especially Christian Watson who dropped a potential 75 yard touchdown on the first play from scrimmage. Aaron Rodgers came out after the game and said one area that they really messed up, aside from the very poor play from the offensive line was that they have to find ways to get Aaron Jones the ball more. And that is the sentiment that I completely agree with as Aaron Jones is no doubt now the best offensive weapon they have on this team so you have to find a way to get him the ball eating the passing game or any more Russia times where he was out rushed by AJ Dillon.
The Chicago Bears are surprisingly wanna know after their week one hurricane game against the San Francisco 49ers. It’s hard to judge that game as it was in the conditions that it was but Justin Fields looked relatively good for a quarterback playing in a torrential downpour. He once again flashed his ability to extend plays as he hit Dante Pettis on a crucial 51 yard touchdown that gave them the lead and then on another 30 yard touchdown to on Equanimeous St. Brown. Going to Lambeau Field is one of the hardest things to do in the NFL and coming out with a win is even harder. Many believe that this year Justin Fields can take the next step in his development as a quarterback and prove that he is the quarterback of the future for the Bears but I don’t see improving much in today’s game. The Packers have a really good defense and Aaron Rodgers has completely owned them in recent history.
For our expert Green Bay Packers versus Chicago Bears parlay take the Packers -10 and the under of the point total.
