Panthers host limping Bucs after trade

The Panthers are coming off of an explosive week. They gave up running back Christian McCaffrey for a litany of picks from the 49ers. They are also reportedly about to trade wide receiver D.J. Moore. They are obviously signaling a big rebuild.
The Buccaneers are coming off of a brutal loss. They were 9.5 point favorites against the Steelers and lost the game 20-18. Tom Brady looks to be slowing down. 

I like the under here. The Panthers just traded away their best player in Christian McCaffrey and their offense is going to struggle big time in this game. The Buccaneers have one of the best defense in the league and they should dominate. Even if the Bucs score about 28 points in this game I don’t see the Panthers getting more than 10.
