NFL Teams O/U 2023

San Francisco 49ers: Over 10.5

The Niners come into this year after being eliminated in the NFC championship by the Philadelphia Eagles. They didn’t really get a fair shot though as Brock Purdy got injured early in the game. I like their over here. This team has a top three defense in the league and is returning a lot of their players including star RB Chrisitian McCaffrey. This team went 13-4 last year despite going through three different QBs. With more stability this year I think we see a ton of wins here and I would take this number up to 11.5.

New England Patriots: Under 7.5

This might be a bit of a bold take but I think the Patriots go under this numbers. They are just in what is probably the hardest division in football this year. They are by far the worst team in the division and they have by far the worst QB in the division. This team is going to struggle to pick up wins and it is very possible that they go 1-5 or 0-6 within the division. They also have the hardest schedule in the league according to multiple websites and it isn’t particularly close. Look for the Patriots to finish somewhere around 5-12 or 6-11.
