Well, the Pittsburgh Steelers went to sleep for most of their game against the Baltimore Ravens last week, and they certainly cannot afford to do that against this week’s opponent. The Dallas Cowboys are in the midst of an historic run, and they are being led there by two rookies. This much was unexpected, but Dallas, which sports a 7-1 straight-up record, goes after a franchise-record-tying eighth straight victory in this game that begins at 4:25 PM ET on Sunday at Heinz Stadium in the Steel City. Owner Jerry Jones has made some remarks, mostly about how he doesn’t necessarily want to upset team chemistry, so one can imagine the Cowboys will ride things out with Prescott for as long as they can.

Antonio Brown is another member of the Steelers who is bitching and moaning at the present time. He is a little upset that the other wide receivers on the team are not producing enough to take pressure off him. He complained about “triple coverage” against Baltimore last Sunday. Markus Wheaton and Darrius Heyward Bay will not play in this game, and Sammie Coates has been dealing with a broken finger. So Brown can expect a lot of attention once again.

But they could be a little thin in the secondary, with quarterback Morris Claiborne and safety Barry Church ruled out of this contest. Thankfully, they got corner Orlando Scandrick into the lineup. Let’s see if Roethlisberger’s ability to move the team in the final 10 minutes last week means that he brushed off the rust and is ready to carry some rhythm into this game.
