NFC clash on Thursday night

The Vikings had one of the worst performances in week 1. They were upset by Tampa Bay who was thought to be one of the worst teams in the league. On offense they passed the ball decently but simply could not get the running game going at all. They went 11-0 last year in 1 score games and will look to bounce back against the current kings of the NFC.

The Eagles are coming back this season looking to get back to the superbowl and winning it this time around. They didn’t look like the dominant force they were supposed to in week 1. Winning a close battle against the Patriots their offense struggled to put up points against a solid patriots squad. The defense is still getting accustomed to new defensive coordinator and I expect them to improve every week. Look for the Eagles to show up this week and prove why they are the most talented roster in football.

Take the Eagles in this game. They led the league in sacks last year and then added one of the best pass rushers in the draft in Jalen Carter. Cousins was also the most hit quarterback in the league last year and after week 1 it looks like this offensive line will struggle again. I expect the Eagles defense to get after Kirk Cousins in this game. Gainwell is questionable but this offense is stacked everywhere that I don’t think it will matter, they will put up points.
