Mason Rudolph’s Chance to be a Hero
Mason Rudolph has been declared the starting quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers for their week 18 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Rudolph has a chance to be the hero of Pittsburgh if he can lead the Steelers to victory, as a win will send them into the postseason. But will the moment be too big for the 28-year old QB? So far, Rudolph has shown no signs of faltering. In his last 2 games, he’s averaged 282 yards, posting 2 touchdowns, and 0 interceptions. Rudolph has shown poise in the pocket, recording just one sack per game in his two starts, and last week he completed 75% of his passes.
Mason Rudolph’s passing prop is O/U 188.5 yards, and I am going with the Over. Rudolph has gone over 200 yards in his previous two starts, so hitting the over on 188.5 yards shouldn’t be a problem. Additionally, the Baltimore Ravens will not be playing their best defenders against the Steelers. Baltimore has clinched the No. 1 seed in the AFC, so there’s no reason for them to risk injuring a key starter. Pittsburgh will essentially be playing against Baltimore‘s second string, setting Mason Rudolph up for a big day.
So for our Steelers vs. Ravens expert prop pick, take the Over on Mason Rudolph’s 188.5 passing yard prop for Saturday.
