NFL Teams O/U 2023

New York Giants: Over 7.5

Many people think the Giants will regress this year down from their 9 win season but I think they could match that. The offense relies heavily on the run game but as long as Saquon Barkley is healthy that’s all they really need. Under Brian Daboll quarterback Daniel Jones has improved and I don’t expect that to stop. We should see another big step from Jones. The defense was shaky last year but dealt with injuries to key pieces. I expect them to win at least 8 games in a weak NFC.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Over 6.5 wins

The Bucs are projected to be one of the worst teams with the departure of Tom Brady. With Baker Mayfield at the helm I think they will shock a large number of people. They still have a very talented roster. With weapons like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin, a solid offensive line led by Tristan Wirfs, this offense should still be solid even with the departure of Brady. The defense still has some major questions in the secondary but have superstars throughout the front 7. Behind Lavonte David, Devin White and Shaq Barret this defense should be able to continue to take advantage of a weak NFC South.
