The Texans come into this year after having an offseason that should push this team into a new age as they drafted CJ Stroud at the number two pick to hopefully quarterback this team into the future. They won their first game of the preseason against the Patriots.
The Dolphins come into this season with high hopes. They were great during the regular season and barely lost in the playoffs last year despite not having their starting quarterback. This team is just hoping Tua Tagovailoa can stay healthy. They lost in week one against the Falcons.
I like the Dolphins in this one. We still don’t know if Tua will start in this game but even if he doesn’t the Dolphins still have two guys in Mike White and Skylar Thompson that have gotten meaningful regular season reps before.
