Classic Thanksgiving matchup in Detroit

The Lions are cruising right now. The Lions have won three straight games and are at the top of their division. They are second in the NFC and are just one game back of the Eagles. They have a chance to get the one seed and home field advantage. 

The Packers are 4-6 on the season. They have not been playing great but are coming off of a nice win over the Chargers by three points. They have an outside shot at getting into the playoffs but it is a huge long shot. They are going to look to the future. 

I like the Packers in this one. This is a classic Thanksgiving matchup and I know Jordan Love is not Aaron Rodgers but the Packers have been very good on Thanksgiving against the Lions. Since 2000, they are 4-2 against the Lions in Detroit on Thanksgiving. I don’t think they win this game but I think this is a close one. The Lions are definitely capable of playing a close one as they almost lost to the lowly Bears last week.
