Chiefs Look to Bounce Back
The KC Chiefs are 0-1 after their 21-20 season opening loss to the Detroit Lions. The Chiefs were without their star TE Travis Kelce and it showed. Kansas City’s wide receivers dropped several catchable balls, and QB Patrick Mahomes was visibly upset with his receiving corps’ poor performance. The Chiefs are looking to collect their first win of the young season, but a newly revamped Jaguars team should not be overlooked.
The Jaguars are 1-0 after beating the Indianapolis Colts 31-21 in their opener. Jacksonville is the only team in the AFC South with a win, but faces a tough test against the reigning Super Bowl champions. The Jaguars offense looked good, recording 342 total yards against the Colts, and against a Chiefs defense that gave up 368 yards to the Lions, Jacksonville won’t face much resistance in this one. The Chiefs offense looked terrible, and with Kelce still not fully healthy, KC will struggle to move the ball.
So for our Chiefs vs. Jaguars expert pick, take Jacksonville Jaguars Moneyline (+150) on Sunday.
