This is a battle of two teams that have legit Super Bowl hopes after the first five weeks of the season. The Los Angeles Chargers are 4-1 and sit at the top of the AFC West, while Baltimore, fresh off a wild, come-from-behind overtime win over the Colts on Monday night, come into today’s game leading the AFC North with a 4-1 record.
It’s been a crazy five weeks for the Ravens, with four of their five games being decided by one score or less, including two overtime games and another one when kicker Justin Tucker broke the NFL record for longest field goal with a buzzer-beating kick to beat the Detroit Lions.
That said, we really think Baltimore is a team that might be running on fumes after exerting themselves so much over the last five weeks, and now they have to play a quality team like the Chargers on a short week, following the overtime thriller on Monday Night.
