Tonight will be the first preseason game for both the New Orleans Saints and Houston Texans and although we won’t see many starters and expect it to be a fun game to watch. You’re gonna wanna keep your eyes more on the saint however as they will be the team to cover this minus one point spread easily. Jameis Winston, as he is battling a foot injury, is likely to not play in tonight‘s game but the Saints have quality back ups that have experience starting in the NFL and will definitely be able to score some points. The second string quarterback for the Saints is Andy Dalton who we all know from his time as a starter and multiple time pro bowler with the Cincinnati Bengals. After his time with the Bengals he had brief stants with both the Cowboys and Bears but they were mainly as a backup who came in after injuries to Dak Prescott and Nick Foles. Nonetheless Andy Dalton has been around the block and has plenty of experience so expect him to be able to carry this team of second and third stringers that the Saints will be throwing out with quite ease. 

The Texans are much younger and more an experienced team as they are going to be entering the first season with a new head coach and their starting quarterback is set to be Davis Mills who will only be in his second season. He would likely get a few drives under his belt as they wanna get him warmed up into the season but this team just roster wise doesn’t match the Saints. One name to look for in this game will be second your tight end Brevin Jordan who looks to take a big jump in year two.
