The Colts are coming off an explosive off-season. They traded Carson Wentz away and acquired Matt Ryan from the Falcons. They are hoping Ryan will help them compete for a Super Bowl. The Colts went 9-8 last season and dropped the last game of the season to the Jaguars. If they had won they were in the playoffs.

The Texans are hoping that QB Davis Mills is the future of this team. They have some young pieces including RB Dameon Pierce on offense but their defense is really lacking. They open the season against a divisional opponent.

I love the Colts here. They beat up on the Texans last year and I don’y see why that would change. The Colts now have a better QB while the Texans haven’t improved much. Last year the Colts beat the Texans 31-0 and 31-3. I don’t think this Texans team has much of a chance here.
