49ers look to continue hot streak with a new QB

The 49ers are the hottest team in the NFL right now. They have won five games in a row to get to 8-4 and they now lead the NFC West. The problem is that they lost Jimmy Garoppolo to a broken foot last game and are now starting the last pick in the draft Brock Purdy.

The Buccaneers are 6-6 on the season. They are in first place in the dreadful NFC South. They are coming off of a huge win over the Saints though, where they overcame a 16-3 fourth quarter deficit. 

I like the Niners here. I know this is Tom Brady against a kid who has been alive a smaller amount of time than Brady has been in the league but this 49ers defense is special. They just stunted a Dolphins offense that was top five in a ton of offensive categories. Even if the Niners offense isn’t great I think this defense stifles Brady and the Bucs.
