Super Bowl /NBA/NCAAB – Game Preview 

What is up everybody? It is Steph Lang back with I’m talking here and this is our Wednesday, February 9 Podcast. I’m gonna be hosting today’s show which is powered by online sports bet.com. Let me go ahead and introduce you to my special co-host Scott Matthews with SM sports pics, Scott. How are you doing today?

How you doing today you must be getting excited because Superbowl is less than about five days away right in your backyard. So it must start getting busy out there in Los Angeles.

Now, this is one of the biggest sports betting weeks of the year Superbowl 56 on Sunday. Scott, I know you have some early predictions on the game.

Let me tell you some, I am making one of the biggest bets on this game that I’ve made in the last 10 years on a Super Bowl. I am so jacked up about this game. I’ve taken everything into consideration going with both of these teams, offenses, defenses, coaching special teams, you name it, water boys, you know, towel, boys, whatever it is, we’ve got it all figured out. And I’m going to be making this guy’s an unbelievable play. 

You’re going to have to stay tuned to the show that we have on Friday. But I’m going to give you some opportunities how to cash in on this Super Bowl. I’ve got some great prop plays. I’ve been working my tail off all week. It’s a little early for me to release them right now because there are so many of them. We’re narrowing them down to a couple of great games. But Steph, the audience is going to enjoy this one.

Awesome. Alright, so then before we get to the Super Bowl picks, let’s look at two hoops games for Wednesday. First one is in the NBA. The second place warriors travel to Utah playing The Jazz. Both teams are actually coming off a win on Monday night. Who should I put my money on?

Well look at this matchup you got golden state right now is won nine straight games in a row they are on all cylinders. You got Utah they’ve won three straight games in a row their main man they are MVP of the team Donovan Mitchell’s back in the lineup, but they’ve got a little issue with Rudy go beer and they lost Joe ingles? Yep, playing against the team like Golden State that’s cranking on all cylinders for a game like this, that they want to make a statement. I love Golden State in this game. 

I just think that they’re going to come out take control of the game. I think Utah’s pieces of the puzzle out of the lineup is going to make them definitely a disadvantage in this particular game. I really feel comfortable saying that I think Golden State’s gonna cruise in this game. I don’t have the exact number but I believe Golden State will be the favorite in the game. And I like Golden State to win this game by about eight to 12 points. I think they’re going to get the job done. I just don’t think gold you know Utah can match up right now with this nine in a row and just zoned in Golden State team.

All right, I hear ya. Let’s talk about that second game then it is a big 12 college hoops matchup. Number nine Texas Tech they’re traveling over to Oklahoma to take on the Sooners. Tech has an impressive ATS record this year. I believe they are 18 and five. Scott can the Sooners polling upset at home?

No, they can’t Steph, let me tell you why. They’re just not they’re just not as qualified at this point in time as Texas Tech is Texas Tech is a strong team. They have a dominating game on the inside and the outside Oklahoma best is okay. That just okay. You can’t be just okay against a really good team. And this Texas Tech team has played some great games since they had that tough loss 9491 And overtime to Kansas, they’ve come out the last three games and they’ve got the job done very easy to just go in their workmanship and get the job done. This Oklahoma team is an up and down team. They’re not that good.

 I don’t think they have the pieces to the puzzle that it takes to match up against Texas Tech like I said earlier, and I just think Texas Tech’s going in there, they’re going to do what they got to do. They’re too strong right now. They’re going like this, we’re Oklahoma’s going like that. And when you go like this, and another team just going flatlining, you’re not going to beat a team that’s stronger than you. So take Texas Tech guys. I think they’re gonna you know, there’ll be a favorite in this game. There might be even four or five-point favorites, but I think they control the game and they get the job done. And they definitely beat Oklahoma. Oklahoma used to have a good program and they always would tough at home. But I just don’t think they have what it takes to play against this Texas Tech team. So I’m not scared of Texas Tech going in there and winning easily.
