OK, let’s get to our Arizona State vs. Oregon picks.

At first glance, this Pac 12 matchup between the visiting Ducks and the host Sun Devils looks like a mismatch. Oregon comes in winners of 8 of its last 10 games with a 17-8 overall record while Arizona State enters with an 8-15 mark after losing seven of its last 10.

But a look inside the numbers shows that Arizona State has played an absolute brutal schedule. The Sun Devils recently finished a stretch where they played five Top 20 teams in 15 days. Despite that rough slate, ASU is tied with Stanford for the second-most Quad 1 wins in the Pac 12 this season. One of those victories came back in December when they went to Oregon as a 9-point road dog and escaped with a thrilling 69-67 victory.

In tonight’s rematch, we have the Sun Devils catching 4.5 points and we like the home dog here.

The Ducks are just 7-10 ATS as an away favorite the last three seasons, including failing the cash a winning ticket in three out of four chances this season, and Arizona State’s nasty perimeter defense really bothered the Ducks in that first meeting as they were held to 4 of 22 shooting from 3-point range on their home court. In fact, ASU is holding opponents to .405 shooting this season, so for our Arizona State vs. Oregon Prediction let’s take the defensive home dog and bet the Sun Devils plus the points.
