Who will take game one of the Finals?
The Warriors are coming off or they win game five of the Mavericks. Steph Curry, Draymond Green and Klay Thompson will be looking for their fourth title in eight years. The Warriors haven’t faced anyone of the Celtics caliber this year though. I think the Celtics are the worst team in terms of matchup for the Warriors.
Celtics are coming off of two hard-fought seven game series over the defending champs and the one seed in Miami Heat. They have definitely been tested on this run more than the Warriors.
I actually like the Celtics to cover the spread in this game. The Warriors have had a week of rest and sometimes there is a let down. The Celtics match up really well with the Warriors and can just switch everything. Plus, Marcus Smart is the best defender ever when it comes to guarding Steph Curry. The Celtics also have the best record against the Warriors during the Steve Kerr era. I think this will be a very close game.
