Utah finally got into its rhythm in February after their disastrous month of January. Before a meltdown against the Lakers, they had won five straight games. This was largely because of the play of Donovan Mitchell. Mitchell is averaging over 27 points per game in the month of February and the Jazz is 5-1.
The Mavs are playing well right now behind their 5th ranked defense and they have won seven of their last ten and two in a row including a big win against the Heat.
I think the total on this game is too low. I know I mentioned that the Mavs have the 5th best defense in the league but the Jazz has the leagues’ number one offense. I think the Jazz being at home will contribute to this game going over. Look for the Mavs to keep up with the Jazz in this one and for the game to go over.
