Two young teams face off in Orlando

The Magic are coming off of a very encouraging season. Their number one pick Paolo Banchero won rookie of the year and had a great season. He looks like a star in the making and it looks like they made the right pick. They also have Franz Wagner who is beginning to develop nicely. 

The Rockets are coming off of a very explosive offseason. They were one of the worst teams in the NBA last year but clearly think their young squad is on its way to competing as they spent a ton of money and signed Dillon Brooks and Fred Vanvleet to long term deals. 

I like the Magic in this one. I think the Magic are an up and coming team that have been slowly developing over the last couple of years. I think they may be a playoff team this year. On the other hand the Rockets are going to be competitive this season but I think they are going to struggle in this one. Their is going to be some problems figuring out the pecking order in this one and I think the Magic cover here to kick off their season.
