The Jazz Haven’t Hit The Right Note

The Utah Jazz are struggling in the early stages of the season. Utah is a lowly 4-9, and are coming off back-to-back home losses to the Phoenix Suns. Tomorrow night the Jazz will look to turn things around, but face Lebron James and the LA Lakers. LA is 8-6 and they’re coming off back-to-back wins. The Lakers won 6 of their last 10 , and have a good chance to keep the win train rolling against the struggling Utah Jazz. 

I’m going with the Lakers in this one. The Jazz are averaging a respectable 116.8 points per game, but their defense is terrible, giving up 122.0 points to their opponents, the 2nd-most in the West. The Lakers average 111.9 points per game, but against Utah’s generous defense LA will thrive, especially since the Lakers have home court advantage. The Lakers are an impressive 6-1 at home, while the Jazz are an uninspiring 1-5 on the road. LBJ and AD will score at will against Utah’s lackluster defense, and tomorrow night the Lakers will collect their 3rd consecutive win.
