Bulls visit Raptors in Play In Tournament 

The Bulls finished the season 40-42 on the season. They finished as the 10 seed in the East behind a strong surge at the end of the season. They have won two in a row coming into this one and six of their last ten games overall.

The Raptors finished the season 41-41 on the season. They finished as the nine seed courtesy of losing a tie breaker to the Hawks. The Raptors are coming into this one coming off of a win over the Bucks who rested most of their players.
In our other video we took the Bulls +5. I like the under in this one. These teams played three times this season and every game went under. The Raptors are one of the best defensive teams in the NBA and will limit the Bulls. The Bulls have also been great defensively since Patrick Beverly showed up.
