Nuggets and Sixers face off in battle of league’s two best centers

The Sixers are the hottest team in the NBA. They have won six games in a row and eight of their last ten. They are now 31-16 on the season and second in the East. They are only 2.5 games back of the Celtics for the best record in basketball.

The Nuggets are still the one seed in the West and are still playing great basketball despite coming off of a loss to the Bucks in Milwaukee. They are 34-15 on the season and have won eight of ten.

I like the 76ers in this one. I do think that Nikola Jokic is still the better player than Joel Embiid but the Sixers are a team are in a great position to cover here. They are at home and they are getting a Nuggets team that is on the last day of a brutal three game road trip against three of the top 10 record in the NBA. The Nuggets should struggle here as they have done on the road this year as they are only 12-11 compared to 22-4 in Denver.
