Even though it’s early in the season, we could have some important missing players tonight as we look at the Nets vs 76ers injury report.
The Sixers have listed Joel Embiid as questionable with right knee soreness for tonight’s game. Also, Ben Simmons is doubtful with “return to competition reconditioning” and Shake Milton and Grant Riller will also not dress. For the Nets, as most of you are probably aware, Kyrie Irving is not going to be dressed for the foreseeable future.
Embiid, of course, is vital to the 76ers. In Wednesday night’s season-opening 117-97 win against the New Orleans Pelicans, he had 22 points, six boards and five assists in 26 minutes. If he is unavailable, Andre Drummond, who played 19 minutes on Wednesday, will get the start in the middle.
