NBA Champs visit Florida

The defending NBA champions got a much needed win over the Pistons last night. They had lost back to back games to the Pelicans and Cavaliers before eeking out that victory. They are now 10-4 on the season and are second in the Western Conference. 

The Magic are hoping to build on last year’s encouraging season and progress with their young players. They are playing great basketball right now having won three straight games. They are now ranked fifth in the Eastern Conference at 8-5 on the year. 

I like the under in this one. The Magic did put up 128 points in their last game but if you look at the three games before that they scored an average of 101 points per game. The Nuggets are also currently struggling offensively as they haven’t scored more than 111 points in six straight games. I think these two teams are engaged in a defensive dogfight in this one.
