Tonight’s Spurs vs Lakers rivalry game is all about whether or not LeBron James will be healthy enough to suit up and play. After playing a game-high 40 minutes with 19 points, six rebounds, six assists, two steals and two blocks in the Lakers’ 121-118 win over Memphis on Sunday night, King James said after the game that his leg felt “sore” and told reporters he planned to receive “around the clock” treatment to be able to play tonight in San Antonio.

The win was LA’s first of the young season after starting the year with two straight losses, while the Spurs also come into tonight’s game with a 1-2 record.
