The Philadelphia 76ers take on the Denver Nuggets in a highly anticipated East vs West matchup on Monday, March 27th (9:30 PM EST, NBA TV). Unfortunately for Philly, they don’t get to host this matchup a second time, and must travel to Denver where the Nuggets are nearly impossible to defeat. The Sixers are a phenomenal team, but on the road against the Nuggets they are the underdogs (+180), while Denver is expected to win as the favorites (-238).

Take the Denver Nuggets to win. The Nuggets are a different team at home, and after losing back-to-back road games, the Sixers are losing momentum. Denver has a target on their back as the best team in the West, but they wear it well, and haven’t let the pressure affect their play. The matchup to watch is Jokić vs. Embiid, but they will cancel each other out, leaving it up to their teammates to pick up the slack. Philly’s James Harden is doubtful for Monday, and it would be a big hit to the Sixers if the 10-time All-Star remains sidelined. Denver is the best shooting team in the league in terms of percentage, and at home where they are most comfortable, the Nuggets will avenge themselves with a win over Philadelphia on Monday.
