Heat look to rebound from heartbreak last year

The Heat were about three inches away from the NBA Finals last year. They lost to the Celtics in game seven of the Eastern Conference Finals. If Jimmy Butler’s game winning three had been three inches right he may have sent them to the Finals. 

The Bulls had a disappointing ending to last season. They really faded down the stretch and were dismantled in the first round of the playoffs by the then defending champions in the Bucks. The Bulls are hoping that the continued development of their young guys is enough.

The Bulls were pretty average ATS last year as they went 44-42-1. The Heat on the other hand just seem like they never get enough respect from the books. They were the fourth best team ATS last year as they went 56-43-1. I think the Heat are going to open up this season at home with some emotion. I think they beat the Bulls by a good amount here. Especially with the continued emergence of Tyler Herro and Bam Adebayo.
