The Lakers are living the good life right with a 3-1 lead in this series. In game 4 the Lakers defeated the Grizzlies in overtime 117-111. Los Angeles has looked dominant in this series. They are playing great basketball and have weapons to make a run in the playoffs. To close out the series though and eliminate the Grizzlies they have to win on the road. Meanwhile, Memphis has their backs on the wall in this series. It is win or go home for them. A team with such young talent and high praise may be eliminated in the first round. They need to pick up a win in this game and gain some momentum.
Los Angeles Lakers Basketball
The Lakers are looking to pull off the first round upset in this series against the Memphis Grizzlies. Los Angeles has Memphis on the ropes as they are up in the series 3-1. Now to close this series and eliminate the Grizzlies they have to win on the road in this game. Good thing though is that even if they lose this game, in game 6 they head back to Los Angeles.
The Lakers have a bunch of talent on their team that have been balling out this postseason. Los Angeles has been led by LeBron James this series. He is averaging 24.0 points, 13.0 rebounds, and 5.0 assists. Also, Anthony Davis has been great this series, averaging 19.5 points and 12.3 rebounds. Rui Hachimura has stepped up for Los Angeles this postseason averaging 18.0 points a game.
In their win against the Grizzlies in game 4, James had a monster game with 22 points, 20 rebounds, and 7 assists. He also forced overtime with a clutch layup at the end of regulation. Austin Reaves stepped up and finished with 23 points and 6 assists for the Lakers. Davis struggled from the field shooting 4-13, but still managed to put up a double-double finishing with 12 points and 11 rebounds. In the win, the Lakers shot 43.6% from the floor and 27.8% from the three-point line.
Memphis Grizzlies Basketball
Memphis has been dominant all season. In the playoffs they got the two seed in the Western Conference. Unfortunately, they got paired up with a scary seventh ssed in the Los Angeles Lakers who are heating up at the right time. Memphis is currently trailing the series 3-1. They will look to get a game back in the series at home in this game. The Grizzlies have to win a game on the road, which have yet to do in this series.
The Grizzlies have been led by Ja Morant this series, who leads the team in points and assists. Morant is averaging 27.5 points and 7.3 assists a game this series. Desmond Bane has helped Morant in the backcourt this postseason as he is averaging 23.3 points a game this season. Finally Jaren Jackson Jr. has been huge this series averaging 19.0 points and 8.3 rebounds. He has been busy guarding Anthony Davis and LeBron James.
In their loss against the Lakers in game 4, Bane went off for 36 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists. Morant struggled from the floor, shooting 8-24 and 1-6 from the three-point line. He still finished with 19 points and 7 assists. The problem is though that no one has been helping these two out offensively. In this game the Grizzlies had a chance to win it, but LeBron James found a way to force overtime. In the loss, the Grizzlies shot 39.6% from the floor and 21.4% from the three-point line.

I like this prop for this game. I think the Grizzlies come out to play in this game. If LeBron James or Anthony Davis struggles in this game Austin Reaves and the others will get more chances to score. Even when James and Davis both have great games Reaves still finds a way to get his points. I think the Grizzlies come out strong, which makes the Lakers struggle. This will give a chance for Reaves to get more opportunities in the game.
