The Phoenix Suns have to be favorites to win it all. They have 4 elite players that are all star caliber or better in Chris Paul, Devin Booker, Kevin Durant and DeAndre Ayton. The Suns with Kevin Durant on the roster have not lost a game. They went 7-0 with Durant after the trade deadline. 

The Los Angeles Clippers are the 5th seed in the Western Conference. The Clippers were led by Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, but unfortunately George is expected to miss the entire first round unless the recovery speeds up. The Clippers are a solid team on the road with a 2q-20 record. 

The Phoenix Suns are simply too good to lose the series to the Clippers without Paul George. Even with George, the Suns would be favored. This is the first time in Devin Booker’s entire career that he is facing the 2nd best defender on opposing teams. I really like the Suns in this matchup.
